Brandy Soaked Cocktail Cherries

Brandy soaked cocktail cherries are the perfect garnish for all your favorite cocktails. They are easier to make than you might think, but they'll make you look and feel like an expert mixologist. Whether you're making an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Whiskey Sour, or Mai Tai, just add a few of these boozy cherries and take your drink to the next level!

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup Brandy

  • 1 cup dried cherries (one 5 ounce bag)

  1. In a 12 ounce mason jar, combine the brown sugar and brandy and stir until mostly combined.

  2. Add the cherries, making sure that the liquid completely covers them.

  3. Close the lid tightly and shake vigorously about 15 - 20 times.

  4. Store the cherries in the refrigerator for one week before use, to allow them to soak up the liquid.

  5. Use as a garnish for your favorite cocktails!
